At Nerdcart.in, all products are made-to-order using 3D printing technology. Each item is printed specifically for the customer after an order is placed.

🚫 No Returns & No Refunds

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our 3D printed products:

• We do not accept returns

• We do not provide refunds

• Orders cannot be cancelled once printing has started

Since every product is printed specifically for each order, it cannot be resold to other customers.

🔁 Exchange Policy (Only for Damaged Products)

We offer replacement only if the product is delivered damaged.

To request a replacement:

1. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

2. Provide clear photos and a complete unboxing video showing the damage

3. After verification, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost

⚠️ Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for replacement.

• Small layer lines, minor surface marks, or slight variations are natural characteristics of 3D printed products and are not considered defects.

• Colors may slightly vary due to filament batch differences and screen display settings.

• Improper use, mishandling, or damage after delivery is not covered.
