Order Processing Time

  • All products are printed after an order is placed.

  • Processing and production time typically takes 2–5 working days, depending on order volume and product complexity.

  • Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Partner

We ship all orders via India Post.

Since we operate from the Andaman & Nicobar Islands, India Post is currently the most reliable and serviceable shipping option available.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Mainland India: 5–10 working days

  • Remote Areas: 7–14 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, transportation delays, or postal service operations.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.

  • Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.

Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be provided via email or SMS.

  • Customers can track their shipment using the India Post tracking system.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Nerdcart.in is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

  • Failed deliveries due to incomplete information

If a package is returned due to incorrect details, re-shipping charges will apply.

Delays & Liability

While we ensure timely dispatch, Nerdcart.in is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by India Post

  • Natural disasters

  • Weather disruptions (especially affecting island logistics)

  • Government restrictions or unforeseen circumstances

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos and an unboxing video

  • We will arrange a replacement as per our Return Policy
