Nerdcart.in sells made-to-order 3D printed products. All items are manufactured specifically after an order is placed.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice.

All products are 3D printed and made-to-order.
Minor surface lines, layer marks, small imperfections, or slight variations are normal characteristics of 3D printing.
Product colors may slightly vary due to filament batches or screen display differences.

These are not considered defects.

Full payment is required before production begins.
Once printing has started, orders cannot be canceled.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, technical issues, stock limitations, or suspicious transactions.

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products:

Replacement is only provided if the product arrives damaged, as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Production time may vary depending on order volume.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier services.
Nerdcart.in is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

All designs, models, images, branding, and website content are the property of Nerdcart.in.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or resale of our designs is strictly prohibited.
Legal action may be taken against misuse.

Customers are responsible for proper usage of products.
Nerdcart.in is not liable for damages resulting from misuse, modification, or improper handling.
Products are not guaranteed to withstand extreme heat, weight, or force unless explicitly stated.

Nerdcart.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
